Important notes regarding course participation:
- Participation is limited to those 12 years of age and older. Those under 18 must obtain parental consent to participate. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate for safety reasons. Those who have consumed alcohol are not permitted to participate. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are late, the experience or photo shoot time may be shortened, or we may not be able to provide the service. You may come with your usual makeup on the day of the experience. - Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
