This plan is based on information available as of April 1, 2026. The festival may be unavoidably canceled or its content may be changed due to requests from the national or local government.
During peak times, it may take approximately 30 to 40 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the viewing area.
Since we will be checking into our accommodation after watching the fireworks, we will arrive late at night (around 24:30).
Due to the crew's working hours, there may be bus transfers along the way, such as within Gunma Prefecture. Also, depending on the hotel arrival time, the departure time from the hotel the following day may be delayed. In that case, the time spent at sightseeing spots may be shortened.
To ensure the bus crew has their scheduled rest time, you may be asked to wait in the lobby or other designated area after checking out until your departure time from the hotel.
In principle, the tour will proceed regardless of rain, however, the fireworks display may be unavoidably canceled or postponed. If the cancellation is decided before the tour departure, the tour will also be canceled, and the full tour price will be refunded. In that case, we will contact the group representative by phone to inform them of the cancellation (if you do not receive a cancellation notice, please assume that the tour will depart). Also, the decision to cancel at the venue may be made on the day of the event, and in unavoidable circumstances, we may only be able to contact you on the morning of the event. If the fireworks display is canceled or postponed after the tour has departed, we will either guide you to an alternative sightseeing spot or take you directly to your hotel.
Please prepare your lunch for the first day in advance.
Your seat may be next to the restroom, but it will be across the aisle and will not differ from a regular seat.
