In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 14:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

This tour is primarily a local tour for Japanese tourists. While the tour guide will communicate in Japanese, necessary information will be provided in written form in English and Chinese. In case of emergencies, translation apps on tablet devices will be used.

At the meeting point, a staff member will be waiting for you holding a "Hankyu Travel" sign (board or flag). Please confirm the course name and complete the registration using the name of the group representative. Please note that registration will only be completed once all members of your group have arrived.

This tour does not include a guide. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (they will not act as a sightseeing guide). Tourist information leaflets and other materials distributed by the tour conductor will generally be in Japanese.

The above schedule may be subject to change or delays in return to the departure point due to transportation issues such as JR trains and buses, weather, local conditions, and road conditions. / Depending on weather conditions, you may not be able to see the snow scenery. / On the day of departure, the bus company may be changed due to bus vehicle malfunction or the driver's health (we are not liable for changes due to these reasons). Also, the meeting time is in Japan Standard Time and must be strictly observed. Even if a customer does not appear at the meeting time, neither our company nor the tour guide will contact the customer, and the tour will depart as scheduled.

This tour includes a final itinerary (which lists confirmed hotel accommodations and dates). It will be sent to you via KKDAY 5-7 days before departure.

[Regarding bringing suitcases] When traveling by tour bus, you may check in one suitcase per person (up to 70L size) in the bus's luggage compartment.

Even if the fireworks display is canceled or postponed, the tour will still proceed as the decision will be made on the day of the event. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for viewing seats even if the event is canceled due to rain.

This product is a "box seat" where you sit on the ground. Since it is not a chair seat, we recommend bringing your own cushion or pillow.

Because the bus parking area and the venue are located some distance apart, depending on your viewing location, you may need to walk for up to 30 to 60 minutes.

The event will proceed even in light rain. Please bring a raincoat, towel, etc. in case of rain. (Please refrain from using umbrellas while watching the fireworks.)
