Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• Please note that tours may be canceled depending on bad weather or weather conditions. Tours may also be canceled even during the tour due to sudden deterioration of weather, changes in sea conditions, or failure to follow staff instructions. In such cases, no refunds will be given. Important notes regarding course participation:

• Regarding the use of sunscreen: To protect the coral reefs and marine life of Miyako Island, please use coral-friendly sunscreen that does not contain "oxybenzone" or "octinoxate." Also, applying sunscreen immediately before entering the sea can cause the ingredients to wash off easily, potentially affecting the marine environment. If you use sunscreen, please apply it at least 60 minutes before the meeting time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For customers participating in snorkeling: Customers renting snorkel masks are requested to refrain from applying sunscreen to their faces. If sunscreen gets on the mask, it may cause discomfort to the next user. We ask for your cooperation as a matter of etiquette so that everyone can enjoy using the equipment comfortably.

• [Drone Photography] Photography may not be possible in the event of bad weather, aircraft malfunction, or connection problems. In such cases, the photography fee will not be refunded. [Medical History] Please confirm all participants' medical history. If any of the following apply on the day, you will be refused participation. In such cases, the tour fee will not be refunded. - You have experienced asthma symptoms within the past year. - You have had a stroke or heart disease in the past. - You use a pacemaker, ICD (implantable cardioverter-defibrillator), or stent. - You have respiratory, ear, or circulatory problems. - You use a hearing aid. - You have a panic disorder. - You have consumed alcohol within the last 8 hours. - You are currently pregnant or may be pregnant.

• Depending on the sea conditions and weather on the day, only one of the following activities may be conducted: either the "Uni Beach & Drone Photography" or the "Sea Turtle & Coral Reef Snorkeling." In that case, we will not be able to refund you for the activity that was not performed, so please understand this in advance.
