- FAQ -
Q1. Does the fee include fuel costs?
A: The fee includes fuel costs; however, it does not include highway tolls or parking fees. Please pay the actual costs incurred to the driver in Japanese Yen cash.
Q2. Do I need to pay for the driver's tips and meals?
A: There is no need to pay for the driver's meals separately (except for bus drivers; depending on the charter duration, bus driver meal fees are 2000~4500 JPY/person per day). There is no tipping culture in Japan, so tipping is generally not required. If you are satisfied with the driver's service, you may provide a tip at your own discretion.
Q3. Are child safety seats required for riding in Japan?
A: According to Japanese traffic regulations, child safety seats are not mandatory when using buses, taxis, and charter services. However, for safety reasons, all passengers must wear seat belts at all times, whether in the front or back seats.
