All seats at the concert are reserved. Please leave the seating arrangement to us. Depending on the seating arrangement, even if you are traveling with someone, you may be seated separately.

During the viewing, you will be seated on the stone steps. As in previous years, we will provide you with a simple cushion to sit on at the venue on the day of the event, but if you are concerned, please bring your own cushion or something similar.

Kawaguchiko Stellar Theater is an all-weather outdoor music venue with a retractable roof. You generally won't get wet while watching a performance, but if you're concerned, we recommend bringing rain gear (raincoat).

When the rear stage door opens, you can see Mount Fuji, but it may not open due to staging requirements.

Due to the possibility of crowding in case of rain, the start and end times of the performance may be delayed by approximately 30 minutes.

The performers and program are tentative as of May 1, 2026. Even if the performers or program change due to circumstances on the part of the organizers or performers, the tour will proceed if the performance is held and the minimum number of participants is reached. We cannot offer refunds or changes to travel expenses or ticket prices due to changes in performers or program.

Even if you request a room for two people, you may be assigned to two separate rooms. Additionally, this tour may be offered in conjunction with other hotel accommodation packages offered by our company.

The itinerary may be changed or rearranged. Also, Mount Fuji may not be visible depending on the weather.

The round-trip Shinkansen train may be changed to the Hikari train.

Please prepare your own lunch for the first day. Lunch on the second day is included in the tour. For domestic tours departing on or after May 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to the meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., and any difference in price will be charged at actual cost. In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For requests made after that, please contact us.
