- Private Charter Car Service Introduction -
• Service Hours: Departing from Tokyo city (23 Wards of Tokyo) and ending back in Tokyo city, enjoy a 10-hour private charter car tour where you can freely arrange your itinerary.
• Pick-up/Drop-off in Different Areas: For services starting or ending at hotels outside of Tokyo city, such as Mt. Fuji/Kawaguchiko/Hakone, the price remains the same, but the service duration is adjusted to 8 hours (travel time for the empty vehicle must be deducted).
• Overtime Fee: 5,000 JPY per hour for 7-seater and 10-seater vehicles, 6,000 JPY per hour for 14-seater vehicles. Any fraction of an hour is counted as a full hour.
• Coverage: Our private charter car service covers attractions in Tokyo city, Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Kamakura, Karuizawa, Nikko, Izu, and other cities.
• Luggage Policy: A 24-inch suitcase (sum of three sides ≤ 158cm) counts as 1 piece of standard luggage. If you carry luggage larger than 24 inches (e.g., 28/30 inches), each piece will occupy 2 luggage slots. Please be sure to specify this when booking.
• One booking per vehicle with a dedicated driver, providing flexible transportation services. Please inform our customer service of your customized itinerary for an accurate quote.

Purchase Notice
To ensure a smooth trip, driver and vehicle information will be sent following these steps:
• Order Confirmation: Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours.
• Group creation notice: We will create a dedicated travel group before 22:00 (Japan time) the day before departure.
• Information sent: The driver's contact information, license plate number and specific instructions will be posted in the group no later than 2 hours before departure.
• Service Process: The driver will arrive at your designated hotel at the agreed time. Upon arrival, the driver will send a notification in the travel group; please prepare to board the vehicle.
• How to check: Please be sure to check your email or messaging app (such as WeChat, Line or WhatsApp) before you travel.
- Fee details and explanation -
• Night service surcharge: For rides between 22:00 and 06:00 Japan time, an additional driver service fee of ¥5,000 per hour will be charged.
• Service fee outside the agreed service area: If the destination is outside the agreed service area, an additional fee will be charged based on the actual mileage and time. Please be sure to consult and confirm before placing an order.
• Out-of-area vehicle service: Narita Airport, Haneda Airport and nearby hotels are not within the service area. Additional charges will apply based on your specific itinerary.
• Child seat: One is provided free of charge (advance notice and reservation are required). Each additional seat will cost 2,500 yen (each seat occupies approximately the space of 1.5 seats).
- Baggage and Passenger Regulations -
• Luggage restrictions: Pets, skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf bags and other oversized items are not allowed in the vehicle.
• Passenger Count: All infants and children are included in the total number of passengers. Please take note.
• Overload Handling: If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's maximum capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service for safety reasons and will not be held liable. Fees already paid will not be refunded.
- Other Important Notes -
• Vehicle images, models, and colors are for reference only. In case of vehicle dispatch issues, we will ensure you are served by a vehicle of equal or higher class.
• Vehicle cleaning: If the vehicle interior becomes dirty due to passenger error (such as spilled food or drinks, vomiting, etc.), an additional deep cleaning fee will apply. We recommend that you avoid eating or drinking in the vehicle.
• Seating and luggage balance: The actual number of available passenger seats in the vehicle will decrease as the size and quantity of luggage increases. Please take this into account when booking.
• Overtime Fee: Service time is calculated from the time the driver arrives at the agreed location. Overtime caused by any reason, such as traffic congestion or passenger lateness, will be subject to an overtime surcharge as per the standard rate.
• This is a one-day private charter car service; the driver will not accompany guests into the scenic area.

The first child seat is free; each additional seat costs 2,500 yen (each seat occupies approximately 1.5 seats).
Night service surcharge
For rides between 22:00 and 06:00 Japan time, an additional driver service fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply.
Vehicle cleaning fee
If the interior of the vehicle becomes dirty due to passenger reasons (such as vomit, large amounts of mud, etc.) and requires special cleaning, a corresponding cleaning fee will be charged.
Out-of-area service fee
If the attractions on the itinerary exceed the pre-agreed coverage area, additional fees will be charged based on the actual mileage and time, with the specific amount depending on the actual itinerary on the day.
