• Group creation notice: We will create a dedicated travel group before 22:00 (Japan time) the day before departure.
• Information sent: The driver's contact information, license plate number and specific instructions will be posted in the group no later than 2 hours before departure.
• Service Process: The driver will arrive at your designated hotel at the agreed time. Upon arrival, the driver will send a notification in the travel group; please prepare to board the vehicle.
