  • Dedicated customer service provides one-on-one customized consultation

  • Usage time: 10 hours per day between 08:00-21:00
  • The first child seat is free; a fee of 2,000 JPY per seat applies from the second one onwards
  • Driver languages: Chinese, Japanese
  • If the pick-up/drop-off location is outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, an inter-district service fee will be charged based on the location. If the pick-up/drop-off location is in the Mt. Fuji or Hakone area, the usage time is 8 hours.
  • If the Mt. Fuji itinerary requires going up to the 5th Station, an additional mountain access fee will be charged based on the vehicle model, subject to actual costs incurred.
  • Departure time: The driver will wait at the designated departure point at the agreed time. If the departure is delayed due to the guest's own reasons, the time will still be calculated from the agreed time. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
  • The driver will not accompany guests into scenic spots.
  • Overtime fees apply if the usage exceeds the allotted time, regardless of traffic congestion or weather conditions.
  • Customized routes must be reasonable and follow a logical path without backtracking.

  • Overtime fee: ¥5,000/hour. Please pay the driver before getting off the vehicle. Service time is from the agreed pick-up time to the end of the trip.
  • Please select the appropriate vehicle type based on the number of passengers and luggage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without a refund. If you have oversized luggage, please write a note in the remarks column so that customer service can be notified.
