  • Exclusively for kids! Enjoy a rafting tour on the Fuji River, one of Japan's three major rapid rivers. We will raft a course of approximately 6 kilometers. All necessary equipment is provided free of charge, and a trained guide will always be on board, so even children who are new to rafting can enjoy the experience. Participation requirements: Must be at least 100cm tall and able to sign a 'Participation Consent Form' on the day. *Those who are feeling unwell cannot participate.
  • Focus on water play!
  • After overcoming intense rapids right from the start, you will jump from the rocks! As we continue, we will look for river creatures, and then have fun flipping the boat over to use as a slide, jumping and splashing around! Finally, we will swim our way to the finish line through the gentle waters!

Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • As a general rule, the tour will proceed even if it rains, but it may be cancelled if the weather is extremely bad, such as heavy rain or flooding. If the tour is cancelled, we will make the decision around 7pm the day before and contact the tour leader. If the tour is cancelled, we will either reschedule the tour date or refund the full fee.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • On all tours, our guides are trained and actively obtain qualifications, and always prioritize safety. However, because this is a sport involving nature, there may be risks that exceed the duty of care of the guides, staff, and instructors. Therefore, it is essential that participants act at their own discretion during the tour. To confirm that you understand this, we ask that you sign a consent form (minors will need parental consent).

Other important points:

  • Please note that participation may be refused in the following cases. Those who are unable to sign the participation consent form, pregnant women, those who have been drinking or are in poor health, those who do not follow instructions, or any other cases where staff deem the tour unsafe. *In the above cases, participation fees will not be refunded. Furthermore, the tour is covered by accident insurance. In the event of an accident during the tour, compensation will be provided up to the amount of the insurance, but we cannot be held responsible for anything beyond that. Thank you for your understanding.

Reminders

  • Ages of participation: 4 to 15 years old

  • What to wear and bring: Swimsuit, towel, shoes that can get wet or sandals with fixed heels. It is convenient for those who wear glasses to bring a glasses band, and for those who wear contact lenses to bring goggles.

  • Rental equipment: *We also have rental shoes available (300 yen), but please note that the number is limited.

  • Minimum number of participants: 4

・Meeting time: 8:50 AM / 1:20 PM *Reception starts at the above times, so please arrive 10 minutes early. Unauthorized late arrivals or arrivals more than 20 minutes late will be treated as a same-day cancellation, so please allow plenty of time for your journey. ・For those arriving by car: For those using a car navigation system: Due to the merger of Fujinomiya City and Shibakawa Town in March 2010, the new address above may not display correctly in your car navigation system. Please enter the old address below. 2193-8 Uchibo, Shibakawa Town, Fuji District, Shizuoka Prefecture ・For those arriving by train: If you are traveling by train, we will provide transportation to JR Shibakawa Station. Please request this service when making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
