It includes rope descents using harnesses under the guidance of a guide, and there are also many slides and jumping points, making it a very exciting experience. - 09:00Gathering, registration, changing clothes, and travel. Entrust your special day to us!? Your guide will handle registration. Once you've changed, you'll board Creek Sound's vehicle and travel to the starting point.
- 09:45The tour safety briefing. Yes, this is an important time! We'll give you tips on how to walk and explain how to play with the ropes! Listen carefully!
- 10:15Waterfall after waterfall! As soon as you start walking, it's waterfall after waterfall after waterfall, you can jump in, slide down, float around in the pools...
- 10:30A difficult section has appeared! Now, how should I get down here...?

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Generally, tours are held even in the rain, but may be canceled or changed due to natural disasters, weather, accidents, etc. We will decide whether or not a tour will go ahead by 8:00 PM the day before, and will contact the customer (representative) if the tour cannot be held (we will not contact you if the tour can be held). In rare cases, we may decide to cancel the tour on the day due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will refund the participation fee, but we will not cover any other expenses. Furthermore, the date, course, or content may be changed or canceled after the tour has begun due to unforeseen weather conditions, failure to follow the instructions of the guide or staff, etc. In such cases, we will not refund the participation fee. Furthermore, we may be unable to hold a tour if there are insufficient participants. *We reserve the right to decide whether or not a tour will go ahead. A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made at the customer's discretion.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Please be sure to be in good physical condition when participating in outdoor activities. Avoid participating if you are hungover, sleep-deprived, or otherwise fatigued. Also, please refrain from drinking alcohol during the activity.
Other important points:
- In rare cases, we may decide to cancel the tour on the day due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will refund your participation fee, but we will not be responsible for covering any other expenses. Please note that the schedule, course, or content may be changed or canceled after the tour has begun due to reasons such as changes in weather or failure to follow the instructions of the guide or staff. Please note that we will not be able to refund your participation fee in such cases.

The stations where we can provide pick-up are Nishikashima Station on the Enshu Railway and Tenryu-Futamata Station on the Tenryu Hamanako Line. - The price includes guide fees, equipment rental, insurance, and tour photos (downloadable). (Includes life jacket, wetsuit, helmet, shoes, jacket, etc.) *We have specialized shoes available in sizes 18-31cm and wetsuits in sizes 130-195cm. If you wish to rent clothing and shoes, please contact us with your height and shoe size at least two days before the tour. Please contact us if your size is outside of our standard sizes.
Reminders
Participant age: 12 to 80 years old
Clothing and belongings: Change of clothes, swimsuit (underwear that can get wet), towel, sunscreen, etc. If you wear contact lenses, please use disposable contact lenses or swimming goggles. Gear, clothing, and shoes will be provided. *We recommend wearing a swimsuit or underwear that doesn't feel bulky under your wetsuit!
Rental equipment: Includes life jackets, wetsuits, helmets, shoes, jackets, etc. We have shoes available in sizes 18-31cm, and wetsuits in sizes 130-190cm. Please contact us if you are outside of these sizes.
Duration: The time may vary depending on the river conditions and the number of people gathering.

* **For those arriving by car:** Head towards "Tenryu Aizu Marina," located beyond the "Hanamomo no Sato" roadside station.
* **For those arriving by train:** Take the Enshu Railway to Nishikashima Station or the Tenryu Hamanako Line to Tenryu Futamata Station. A shuttle service from the station is available for those using public transportation. (Currently, this service is suspended. We apologize for the inconvenience.)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
