- 09:10Choose the animal you want to make! Choose 2 animals you want to make from several samples!
- 09:15Start making your animal candle! Based on the instructions, you will begin creating your own animal candle!
- 10:45Start coating!
- 10:55Photo session! Let's take a picture with the animal candle you made!
- 11:00Dismissal! You can take the animal candle you made home the same day!

- ・We recommend storing the candles you take home in as cool a place as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee if the candles you create are damaged. ・Generally, you will not get dirty, but please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty just in case. ・Please contact us in advance if you plan to use the parking lot. ・Please be sure to contact us in advance if you are late. ・During busy periods, the minimum number of participants may be five.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
