- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows for reservation cancellations: Course: 100% of the course price from 10:00 PM on the day before. Seat only: 2,000 JPY per person from 10:00 PM on the day before. For groups (8 or more people), cancellations or major changes must be made at least 1 week in advance; otherwise, a 100% fee will be charged (2 weeks in advance during peak seasons). *If we cannot confirm your reservation by phone, we will cancel it to prevent any issues. *On Fridays and the day before holidays, a 2-hour time limit applies and a weekend surcharge of 300 JPY per person will be charged.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
