Before booking the restaurant, I felt the ambiance was very comfortable, and upon arrival, it truly lived up to that expectation. The food was excellent value for money; I highly recommend the truffle fries. The drinks were also delicious. Our window seat was very comfortable and bright. The only downside was a waitress who was about 170cm tall with short blonde hair. She was extremely arrogant. When we ordered, one of my friends spoke Japanese, so we ordered in Japanese. However, she responded entirely in English with a very rude tone. So, we switched to ordering in English. After ordering, we noticed that Japanese guests at other tables who arrived later had water glasses, so we asked her to pour some. She replied with an "ok" (and clearly rolled her eyes 🙄), and then disappeared. We eventually had to ask another waiter to pour us water. I wondered if the difference in service was due to encountering foreigners in a more upscale restaurant, rather than Japanese people. I hope anyone booking this restaurant won't experience the same treatment.

There was a sauna event, and it was my first experience. The aroma was soothing and felt great. The exfoliation and aromatherapy treatment were also great.

I was able to use the service with peace of mind as I was given advance notice. The driver was polite and helped me load and unload my luggage, which was very helpful.

It's a very detailed and fun place. There are also nostalgic mini-games in the shops outside (which are free to enter, but cost extra).
