Purchase Notice
- Chinese New Year surcharge (New Year's Eve - the fifth day of the first lunar month): NT$ 2,000 per vehicle for a four-seater car, NT$ 2,500 per vehicle for a six-seater car, and NT$ 3,000 per vehicle for an eight-seater car. This surcharge will be paid to the driver on the spot.
- This tour includes a driver pick-up service and attraction consultation. No guided tour is provided. Detailed pick-up information and driver contact information will be provided one day before departure.
- This service does not have barrier-free facilities and cannot accommodate non-foldable strollers or large sports equipment. Passengers with limited mobility are not recommended to participate. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- If you require an English-speaking driver, guide, or explanation, please note this in your order. An additional fee of NT$ 800 will be charged, payable on site.
- Please note the names of the pick-up stations and major hotels.
- Night service fee: NT$500 per day is payable on-site for use of the vehicle and driver/guide services between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM local time.
- This tour does not allow pets and is strictly prohibited from bringing dangerous items on board. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited on board: smoking, taking off shoes, kicking the driver's seat back, spitting through the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver and ask for a vomit bag. If you soil or damage the vehicle for personal reasons, according to local Taiwanese law, the cost of cleaning and repair will be borne by the passenger in full and must be paid in cash on site. Please be advised.
- Elderly people aged 70 and above or passengers with limited mobility are advised to carefully assess their physical condition before deciding whether to register. If you wish to join the tour, you must be accompanied by family or friends. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- No refund will be given if the activity is not completed due to climate change or personal reasons.

If you need a baby seat, please inform us when placing your order and pay NT$200 per seat on site.
If part of your itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic or weather, please contact customer service and we will issue a full refund for you.
In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made one day before departure (local time at 22:00). Notification will be given at any time thereafter via email, phone, text message, or messaging software.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point early for the pick-up. Please wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after the vehicle arrives (for airport pickups, the waiting time will be 60 minutes after the flight arrives). We will not be able to request modifications, cancellations, or refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
Due to different road conditions and pick-up times, the time may be subject to change. The driver will be responsible for contacting you. In case of traffic congestion, the actual pick-up time may be delayed by 15-20 minutes from the scheduled time. The driver and customer service will contact you to inform you.
In the event of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or change the service. In the event of any cancellation or change, the supplier will notify you one day in advance.
If you choose to go to Hehuan Mountain, please choose another attraction if it is snowy season. If the road is icy, snow chains must be installed, and the cost of installing snow chains is at your own expense.
Please be sure to leave a searchable communication software such as LINE ID. If the communication software cannot be connected, you will be notified by email, so please be sure to check it out.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
