- You can customize designated locations and private charter car services for an additional fee. Please ask customer service before placing an order.
- The return trip to Houbi Lake will be based on the arrival time of the ferry. The bus will depart 20 minutes after the ferry arrives. Please be sure to go directly to the shuttle bus to report to the driver after getting off the boat. No one will be allowed to arrive after the arrival time.
- The driver will contact you after the order is confirmed. Please be sure to provide a local contact method.
- Taiwan law stipulates that children under the age of 4 must sit in a child seat. Each child seat costs NT$ 300. Please note this in your order and pay it to the driver on site. If you refuse to ride, the driver has the right to refuse to carry the passenger and no refund will be given. A child seat takes up one seat. For every seat used, the number of passengers will be reduced by one.
- If you need to pick up/drop off at multiple points, you will need to pay an additional surcharge. Please confirm the amount in advance before ordering.
- For non-chartered private charter car pick-up locations, an additional surcharge is required for each trip and each car. Please pay it to the driver on site. Please confirm with the customer service staff in advance.
