Please note that we may be forced to change the itinerary (such as the arrival time at the fireworks display) due to congestion or traffic jams.
The decision to cancel the event will be made by the Fireworks Executive Committee early in the morning on the day of the event. Therefore, in the event of cancellation, a staff member may contact you in the morning on the day or at the meeting place. (If the event is canceled on the day, transportation fees and other expenses incurred in gathering will not be refunded. Also, if the event is canceled after the bus departs, there will be no refunds.)
When traveling from the bus parking lot to the competition venue, you will have to go through dark roads, so please bring a flashlight.
The seating is not chair-style. It would be convenient if you brought a cushion or other mat. (Folding chairs, etc. cannot be brought in.)
Please bring a raincoat in preparation for rain. Please refrain from using umbrellas as they will interfere with the viewing of the fireworks and be a nuisance to others. The tour will be operated by two drivers.
Under the revised rules, if there is only one driver, we will either switch drivers or allow them to rest for a specified period of time.
Children will be charged the same as adults. As the return bus is an overnight trip, we ask that children aged 3 and under not participate.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
