    - Business Hours: 8:00-18:00 (Luggage drop-off deadline is 15:00)
  • Service Details:
    - This service is for luggage only; bags or backpacks are not accepted.
    - Each traveler is limited to 1 piece of luggage. If you wish to transport 2 pieces, please book for 2 people.
    - Service is limited to hotels within Fukuoka City's Chuo Ward and Hakata Ward. Please refer to the following PDF for the list of eligible hotels.

  • Upon arrival, please present the following at the DELIBAG counter:
    　① Booking voucher
    　② Screenshot of hotel booking confirmation. To prevent loss, please provide the hotel name, check-in date, and the name of the primary guest (please ensure the booking is made under the primary guest's name).
  • The sum of the length, width, and height of each piece of luggage must not exceed 140cm.
  • If the sum exceeds 140cm, an additional fee of JPY 300 per piece will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
