工作人員根本搞不清楚我們搭的航班在哪一航廈，原本在對的第二航廈聯絡他，還拍了他說的約定地點照片跟他再次確認，結果他卻要我到另一個出口碰面，到了之後沒發現人，問了老半天才發現他說的是第一航廈，根本完全不一樣，之後又要我跑回第二航廈原本見面地，問他為什麼這樣跑來跑去，還怪我說我沒有講清楚，從下訂單到確認訂單，過程中都沒有選第幾航廈的功能，而我也提供班機號碼跟見面地照片了，還要怪到客人頭上，差點趕不上飛機！
