Please arrive at Shimoda Aquarium early on the day of your reservation. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that if you are unable to make it to the event on the day due to any unforeseen circumstances or traffic congestion, your reservation will be cancelled on the day.

If you cancel on the day of your reservation due to personal reasons such as poor health, we will charge you the full cancellation fee.

If you have been drinking or are under the influence of alcohol on the day of your reservation, we will refuse you the opportunity to try out the experience. In that case, it will be considered a cancellation at the customer's request, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
If you are returning home immediately after diving, please take the Nishiizu route if you are heading towards Nagoya, and the East Izu route if you are heading towards Tokyo.
If you are traveling towards Numazu via Amagi Pass, please make sure to leave at least 18 hours between travel.
