・Please make sure to return the item by 4:30pm on the return date, as the days are counted from 9am to 4:30pm. If you return the item after that time, you will be charged for the next day.
・If the item is lost or stolen, you will be responsible for the full cost (60,000 to 80,000 yen). Please handle it with care.
・Skiwear includes a jacket and ski pants. Hats, gloves, goggles, etc. are not provided. Please bring your own.
・Please let us know your size in the "Notes" section when making your reservation. Sizes available: 120, 140, S, M, L, XL *Please note that the stock levels for each size are different.

Get off at Shinshu Nakano IC on the Joshinetsu Expressway

Take the Shiga Kogen direct bus from Nagano Station and get off at the Maruike stop

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
