Forest Adventure Nagano is located on the shores of Oza-hoshi Pond, where you can enjoy a thrilling 150m zip slide that glides over the water. After your activity, you can enjoy a barbecue within the nagano forest village area or visit a nearby hot spring.

- On the course, one guardian can accompany up to three children.
- For children 13 and older, a guardian does not need to participate, but we ask that they supervise from the ground.

■ Canopy Course
Compared to the Adventure Course, the height and difficulty are slightly lower, making it enjoyable for everyone in the family, from children to adults who are not fond of heights.

Please wear comfortable sneakers and clothes that are easy to move in and don't mind getting dirty. Sandals, high heels, and other shoes that are easy to slip off or have gaps cannot be used.
Regarding work gloves: We recommend wearing work gloves (or gloves) to prevent injuries to your fingers, so please consider bringing them with you.
Work gloves can be purchased at the facility for 300 yen each.
