The date selected when ordering is not the actual day of use. You can use it on any day within one month from the ordering date; if it is confirmed to be unused after the expiration date, you can return it.

This museum is restricted to children under 10 years old (inclusive) or under 130 cm in height.

Tom Beibei encourages parent-child interaction. In order to maintain the safety of children's games, each child entering the park must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years old). We apologize for any inconvenience.

Parents and children are required to have their forehead temperature taken, take off their shoes and put on socks, and clean their hands before entering (if you need to purchase socks, please contact the service desk)

If you have a fever (forehead temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees), enterovirus or other infectious diseases or special conditions, to protect the rights of other children, you will not be allowed to enter.

Before entering, please remove sharp and fragile objects (such as glasses, hairpins, pins) from children to avoid injury. Parents are asked to wear diapers for young children to maintain the cleanliness of the venue.

Each customer who enters the venue will be provided with a locker for extra use. Please bring your valuables with you. Tom Beibei only provides storage space and is not responsible for its safekeeping. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

Eating and drinking (including drinking water) is completely prohibited in the venue. If you are breastfeeding, drink milk. For diaper changing and clothing needs, please contact the on-site service staff. Pets and dangerous items are strictly prohibited in the museum.

Please abide by the instructions of the on-site personnel and the rules for the use of play equipment. If there is fighting, arguing, pushing or rough behavior that may cause injury, the staff will ask the child to leave after the dissuasion fails. If you find that a child is feeling unwell, please help notify the service staff immediately.

All teaching aids or equipment in the museum are limited to on-site use. Please cherish the resources shared with others. Parents are asked to guide children to develop a good habit of returning them to their places after use. If any damage is found, please notify the service staff and do not bring it without permission. Outside the venue, if there is any damage, compensation shall be made according to the price.

Please complete the departure procedures according to the specified time. If you delay for more than 10 minutes, an additional 200 yuan token will be charged per hour. Detailed charging regulations are subject to on-site announcements.

This site is covered by public accident insurance.

Tom Beibei reserves the right to control the number of visitors and modify the content of the event. Any unsettled matters will be announced on site or on the official website.

This event is not an invoice issued for on-site consumption on the same day (the invoice has been issued by Kkday), so the invoice cannot be used as a discount for parking in the museum.

No outside food or drinks are allowed inside

Dangerous items (e.g. bottles, cans, firecrackers, laser pens) and items that may interfere with other participants are prohibited from entering the venue.

Pets are not allowed to enter the venue, except for guide dogs with ID cards. Failure to do so will affect the progress of the itinerary.
