A specialty store serving 100% pure Kuroge Wagyu burgers made with luxurious Kuroge Wagyu and Kobe beef, with no blends and no binders. We also offer Halal-certified Kobe beef, making us a popular destination for both domestic and international tourists. With English menus available, international guests can dine with peace of mind. Located in a prime spot, it is easy to stop by while visiting Azabudai Hills, teamLab Borderless, or Tokyo Tower. Excellent access, just a 2-minute walk from Roppongi Station and within walking distance of Kamiyacho Station.
Our proud beef patties are made from Kobe beef and Japanese black beef procured according to our own rules. In order to maximize the texture, juiciness, and flavor, the minced meat is coarsely ground and made into patties with "zero binders."
Our in-house homemade buns are made using domestic butter and baked in our own bakery, with a sweet taste that brings out the powerful flavor of the Wagyu beef.
The sauce we use is a homemade sauce made according to a secret recipe by a chef who trained at a three-star Michelin restaurant in Paris and served as sous chef at the French Embassy in Tokyo. The slightly sweet and rich secret sauce brings out the umami of the Wagyu beef.
You can enjoy authentic Wagyu beef burgers in an atmosphere reminiscent of an authentic American hamburger shop. Enjoy the highest quality hamburgers made with domestic black Wagyu beef such as Kobe beef in a relaxed atmosphere.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
