Riding the Gozaisho Ropeway allows you to experience the seasonal changes from the base to the summit. Overlooking the fiery red forests and the famous bizarre rocks of Mount Gozaisho, it is a hidden gem for autumn foliage in Japan recommended even by the Japanese! In winter, it is famous for its rime ice and ice waterfalls. The rime ice is located in the Gozaisho mountain range at an altitude of over 1,000 meters and can generally be seen from late December to mid-March.

Nabana no Sato is a famous flower viewing spot in Japan throughout the year, but the winter flower exhibition is the most eye-catching. The grandest event is undoubtedly the annual 'Winter Illumination'. This light festival has been held since 2004. Recent festivals have featured different themes, such as 'Mt. Fuji and the Sea' and 'Aurora', creating spectacular scenes. Since the exhibition starts in autumn and winter and lasts until the following spring, many people visit Nabana no Sato specifically to enjoy the night foliage and night cherry blossoms, both of which are incredibly romantic and enchanting!

・Infants aged 0 to 2 years old can participate in the tour for free, as long as they do not occupy a separate seat. If you are traveling with someone, please let us know in the "Remarks" column.
・If you are bringing large luggage (limited to one piece per person) and stroller, please indicate it in the remarks column.
・Restricted by Japanese law, only licensed tour guides can introduce itineraries and attractions. Therefore, the tour leader of this itinerary can only provide an explanation of the activity process and precautions. The introduction of each tourist attraction will be stated in the travel brochure provided on the day of departure.
・Please note that in principle, odd-numbered groups will share seats on the bus.
・Persons with mobility impairments and wheelchair users must be accompanied by a paying adult.
・In case of bad weather, the trip will be canceled. We will notify you via email before 3:00 PM the day before the trip and arrange for you to reschedule or give you a full refund.
・Please take the initiative to show the name and number on the voucher to assist the staff for confirmation on the day.
・Please arrive at the departure point 20 minutes in advance to wait for the bus to avoid missing the boarding time. The bus will leave as soon as the time is up. No waiting will be done after the time limit.
・You will be greeted at the boarding location by staff holding an "OrengeBus" sign.
・If you fail to register without any notice on the day, it will be deemed as a no-show without reason.
・All buses have reserved seats, and seat numbers will be announced on the day.

Reminders
The minimum number of people in the group is 20. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group, the trip will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 3 days before departure (full refund is available without any fees).
Children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat (please bring your passport and confirm your actual age) can join the tour for free.
An adult can travel with one child under 3 years old free of charge.
Please note that passengers who choose a foreign language may use translation software to communicate. It is not possible to arrange a foreign language tour leader or translator to accompany them.
Starting from the meeting point, a tour leader will accompany you, provide foreign language information, and notify the meeting time, location and other important matters in the language of your choice. However, we do not provide attraction introduction services, please be informed.
During a group itinerary, you cannot leave the group early or midway. If you leave the group midway, you will be deemed to have automatically given up the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refund will be given. Please understand.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
