The departure from Shinjuku on February 21st will be 30 minutes earlier (departing Shinjuku at 7:00).
To get to the Matsuda Cherry Blossom Festival venue, you will need to transfer to a shuttle bus along the way. Travel time: Approximately 10-15 minutes. Seating: There is one shuttle bus (approximately 20 seats) per large bus, so extra seats will be used, but some passengers will be standing. *You will not be riding with the general public.
The best time to see the flowers may vary depending on the weather. The departure date is set based on the usual time of year, but please note that the flowers may not be at their best on the day of departure. If you cancel your tour reservation due to the flowering situation, a cancellation fee will be charged.
