Located a bit away from the station, this is a hideaway yakiniku restaurant for adults in Okuatami. We serve 'Ozaki Beef,' a supreme Wagyu from Miyazaki with only 40 heads distributed domestically per month. This is a yakiniku restaurant directly managed by the Yamanashi-based craft beer company 'Far Yeast Brewing.' Please enjoy our 'Ozaki Beef' paired with our unique craft beers.
Ozaki Beef is a type of wagyu beef that is highly praised in famous restaurants around the world. Ozaki Beef is a private brand of black wagyu beef from Miyazaki Prefecture, named after its producer, Muneharu Ozaki. The beef is fattened on original feed that does not contain antibiotics or preservatives, and is marbled but not heavy, with a strong flavor.
We offer craft beer from "Far Yeast Brewing," a brewery located in Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture. Craft beer comes in a variety of styles, and has a unique aroma and flavor. It goes well with yakiniku, of course, and is popular in a variety of situations. Come and find your favorite beer!
