What You Can Expect
All the meat we handle is domestically produced Wagyu beef. We are proud of our carefully prepared offal, and we especially recommend the large, salty "hoso" and the thick, juicy "tetchan".◎ We also have marbled cuts such as marbled loin and rib sirloin, as well as lean meats such as thigh, buttocks, and arms. Try them with our homemade sauce made with fruit and soy sauce. All items are small portions and reasonably priced, so you can enjoy as much as you like from one person.♪
We have a standing bar and a wide variety of food menu items that can be enjoyed by one person♪ We have a wide selection of dishes that go well with alcohol, including our salt-based "boiled dumplings" overflowing with meat juice, our melt-in-your-mouth "pig's trotters" in a light broth, and our salted "steamed pork" accented with condiments! In addition, our "stewed tendons" that can only be found in a yakiniku restaurant is also very popular, with the beef knuckles and vegetable broth doubling the flavor◎It's also great as a quick snack, so be sure to order it☆
A variety of drinks based on our homemade lemon sour are popular♪ This drink is made by steeping lemons in shochu for over two weeks, giving it a not-too-sweet adult taste◎You can also enjoy different variations, such as squeezing fresh fruits such as fresh lemons or oranges, adding lemons soaked in honey to add sweetness and flavor, or mixing it with cola. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
