- Online reservations are confirmed only after we call you to confirm your reservation, and a processing fee of 220 yen per person applies (no phone or in-person reservations are required). During busy periods, there is a 2-hour time limit, and courses must be booked by 3 PM the day before. Cancellations on the day of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee.
- If you make a reservation online, your reservation will be confirmed after we call you to verify. Online reservations made shortly before your visit may not be available, so please call us to confirm. An administrative fee of 200 yen per person will be charged for online reservations. Please make your reservation with this in mind. During busy periods, there is a 2-hour time limit. Please make course reservations by the day before.
