Our seafood is sourced from the Bungo Channel in Kyushu, and is extremely fresh. The Bungo Channel is sandwiched between Oita Prefecture in Kyushu and Ehime Prefecture in Shikoku, and the fish grow up in the rugged rapids, feeding on an abundance of nutritious shrimp, sardines, and squid. The fish grow up in a firm, fatty state, and are trained in the rapids. The menu changes depending on the season and what is available, so please look forward to it.
