  • Hair styling is not included in the kimono plan. Hair styling can be added on the day (additional charge).

  • If the kimono becomes irreparable due to customer negligence, such as cigarette burn holes, loss, excessive stains (blood, drool, food and drink), or damage, we will charge 7,000 yen. Please treat your kimono with care.

  • Please return the kimono by 6:00 p.m. on the day of use. If you return it after 6:00 p.m., a late fee will be charged. The late fee is 550 yen per person for every 15 minutes. We cannot accept same-day returns after 7:00 p.m. If you return it after 7:00 p.m., it will be treated as a return the next day (advance notice required).

  • Fees are charged from the start of dressing or hair styling. If you change the kimono, obi, or hair styling during or after the session is completed, both rental (service) fees will be charged.

  • When you go out, we can store your luggage except valuables. Please do not put valuables in your checked luggage. In the unlikely event that valuables are damaged or lost, we will not be held responsible.
