- From Stand Shan Shoku to everyone: Stand Shan Shoku is a tiny restaurant with 20 seats. Online reservations through Tabelog will be accepted until 5:00 PM on the day of your reservation. Reservations made by phone will only be accepted on the day of your reservation. Reservations can only be made by phone if you arrive within one hour of your reservation.
