- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before the scheduled time. If you do not cancel, the following charges will be billed to you (the information stated on the voucher after booking shall prevail for actual charges): Cancellation or changes to the number of guests will be subject to the following cancellation fees. ■50 guests or fewer Same day: 3,000 JPY per person / No-show: 5,000 JPY per person Final headcount must be confirmed 2 days prior to your visit. Reductions in the number of guests on the day of the visit are also subject to the above fees. ■51 guests or more / Private booking Based on 4,000 JPY per person: 14 to 8 days prior: 20% / 7 to 2 days prior: 50% / Day before, same day, or no-show: 100% *For bookings made within 2 weeks of the visit, the policy applies from the moment the booking is confirmed.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
