Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free；For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply；For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply；For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply；Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.；Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

This trip is a group tour, and the car will be assigned based on the number of participants. The vehicle will be shared with other passengers, and seats can be chosen freely on-site. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance；A minimum number of participants is required for this trip. If the number of registrants falls below the minimum, the trip may be canceled. In such cases, and in accordance with Japanese Tourism Law, notification will be provided 14 days before departure, with options to change the experience date or apply for a full refund；Once the group departs, no additional leader will be assigned. The driver will also act as the accompanying person, providing full service. Upon arrival at each attraction, participants are free to explore independently；The transportation, accommodation, and attractions included in this itinerary will closely follow the original plan. However, in the event of circumstances such as the suspension of boat or cable car services, maintenance of attractions, changes in seasonal business hours, or disruptions caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen factors, the travel agency reserves the right to adjust the itinerary as needed, ensuring that the overall experience remains at a similar level；Please be aware that walking times may be delayed due to road and weather conditions. It is important to assess the itinerary before making a reservation. Delays may occur if the bus arrives late due to accidents, traffic congestion, or weather conditions. If any self-arranged shuttle transportation or other services are affected by these delays, compensation may not be possible；Please confirm the meeting time and location before departure. Arrive at the meeting place on time and check in with the Kkday tour leader. The bus will depart promptly. If unable to join the group due to personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment of the booked itinerary, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided；This trip is organized based on the number of participants. Each passenger is allowed one 28-inch suitcase. Larger luggage may not be carried on the bus. If large luggage is needed, please confirm with Kkday customer service in advance. Additionally, items deemed unsafe may not be allowed on board；If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions or insufficient participants, the tour fee will be fully refunded. However, travel expenses, transportation, accommodation, and any other costs incurred by the passenger will not be compensated. If a passenger fails to arrive on the day, leaves the group midway, or voluntarily abandons the tour for personal reasons, no refund or compensation will be issued；Bus seats are assigned on a one-person-per-seat basis, and seat reservations are not possible. Due to legal regulations, passengers must fasten their seat belts while the bus is in motion. Cooperation is appreciated. Additionally, depending on the registration situation, passengers of the opposite sex may be seated next to each other. For safety reasons, please remain seated with your seatbelt fastened while the bus is in motion. Getting on or off the bus midway is not permitted；The scheduled travel route and stay times are for reference only and may be adjusted due to factors such as traffic conditions, local events, restaurant reservations, or changes in the business hours of attractions and facilities；If the bus is delayed due to a breakdown or traffic congestion and the itinerary or activities need to be changed or canceled, passengers cannot object or withdraw for any reason. Similarly, if the itinerary is delayed or altered due to weather, strikes, or unexpected events, passengers cannot demand compensation or a refund of the tour fee；This itinerary does not include shopping stops or visits to duty-free shops. All personal expenses are the responsibility of the passengers. We are unable to assist with returns or exchanges. Additionally, please confirm entry and exit regulations for the country or region before purchasing goods, as these may vary；The company, the driver, the tour leader, and the tour guide are not responsible for any loss of money or belongings due to theft under any circumstances. Passengers are responsible for safeguarding their own property and documents；For travel safety and the smooth flow of the itinerary, the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, modify activities, or cancel the tour. In the event of a cancellation, the full tour fee will be refunded；Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the tour. Passengers over 80 years old must also be accompanied by family members or friends. We apologize for any inconvenience；Infants under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat or bed can join the tour for free. An adult may sit with one infant on their lap, but no meals, cradle, or other baby products will be provided
