[For participants sharing a room with three persons]

  • The rooms for single and double occupancy have a view of the JR conventional train or Shinkansen, while rooms for triple occupancy do not have a view of the train due to the structure of the building.
  • Please note that even if you book a room for 3 persons, the room may be divided into single and twin rooms.


[Boarding or getting off the train on the way]

  • If you wish to board or get off the train on the way, please contact the Club Tourism Domestic Travel Center at least 5 days prior to departure. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you wish to board a train mid-way, please purchase a ticket with the lowest section fare and then board the designated train. Also, Please be noted that there are no refunds or discounts for getting off midway. Fares to the boarding stations (all trains including Shinkansen and conventional lines) are to be borne by the participants.

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Please wear shoes and clothes that are comfortable for walking.

  • Children aged 0-2 can participate free of charge.

  • On the second day, we will not be using a tour bus and will be traveling entirely by train, so you will be responsible for transporting your suitcases etc. by yourself. While sightseeing in Nara Park, you can leave your luggage in a coin locker inside the station. (Please note that coin lockers may be occupied)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
