Instructions for use:
(1) Get the "KKday SIM exclusive discount code" from the KKday voucher or order details
(2) Only applicable to the specified products in the product description. The discount code can be redeemed until 2025/12/31. The SIM card can only be used until 2025/12/31. Each person is limited to five redemptions. (3) KKday reserves the right to modify, interpret, suspend or terminate the event.
- The approved travel permit must be printed on clean A4 paper, and each applicant's electronic visa must be printed separately.
- The Philippines does not recognize dual citizenship, and you can only enter and exit the Philippines with one passport.
- The visa is valid for 30 days from the date of application, and you can stay for 30 days after entering the country.
- If there is a problem with the application system and the visa issuance is delayed, our customer service staff will contact you.

The visa office has the right to request additional relevant documents from applicants based on the needs of individual application cases.
The visa fee paid is non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is issued or not.
The visa office shall grant the visa based on the judgment of the visa supervisor, and the visa office shall have the right to refuse and explain the reasons for denying the visa.
If the applicant has a special status, such as a civil servant, a legislator, etc., please inquire before submitting the application. Depending on the purpose, it may be necessary to attach an English itinerary, a fully invoiced round-trip air ticket in English, an official invitation letter, etc.
A travel permit does not guarantee that the holder is eligible for entry. If the holder is found to have violated Philippine immigration laws or poses a threat to national security or personal safety, Philippine Immigration officials have the right to refuse entry to the holder.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
