One child under the age of 4 may be admitted free of charge per parent or guardian by "kneeling" or other means.

The event is subject to change or cancellation due to natural disasters, unforeseen accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances on the part of the organizer.
Even in the event of a change or cancellation due to the organizer's circumstances, we will not compensate for any expenses related to your attendance (transportation, accommodation, etc.) for any reason. Please understand this in advance. If a disaster warning is issued after 12:00 pm, the event will be canceled.
No refunds will be made in the event that you fail to comply with the following precautions and are denied admission.

Those who fall under any of the following categories may be denied admission on the day of the event.
Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, those who are intoxicated, or those with symptoms such as cough, lethargy, runny nose, headache, vomiting, odor/taste disorder, etc.
Those who have family members living with them who are suspected to be infected.
Those who are unable to keep personal information (including accompanying persons)
We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a safe distance between patrons in the venue.
Please refrain from loud vocalizations during the performance, using seats or viewing areas other than the one you have purchased, or any other behavior that may disturb other patrons.
Please be aware that the attendants may wear face shields, masks, gloves, etc. to guide you through the venue.
If you do not follow the instructions of the attendants, you will be asked to leave the venue.

Pets are not allowed in the venue. *Except for guide dogs, hearing dogs, and other service dogs.
It is prohibited to occupy a large space within the area block of Premium Area Seats and SS Seats Wanpaku Hiroba. The approximate area per person should be approximately 90 cm square.
Special cardboard chairs (assembled) will be provided.
Leisure sheets may be brought in as long as they are no larger than 90 cm square per person.
Photography with camera phones, digital cameras, video cameras, etc. is permitted in SS Seats Wanpaku Hiroba, Premium Seats, VIP as long as it does not disturb other visitors.
The use of fire in the viewing area is prohibited.
Radio-controlled helicopters, drones, and other wireless aircraft are prohibited in the airspace above and around the venue.
Unauthorized "live streaming" is prohibited in the venue.
Drinking alcohol in the venue is prohibited. Please refrain from bringing alcohol into the venue. Alcoholic beverages will not be sold.
Please refrain from bringing in bottles and cans.
Smoking is only allowed with electronic cigarettes and only in designated smoking areas. Please do not smoke while walking or littering in the park as it may cause unexpected accidents.
If you plan to visit the park in a wheelchair, please contact the following before purchasing a ticket.
In the event of dangerous or disruptive behavior, or intoxication due to excessive alcohol consumption, the organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or forcibly remove the guest from the venue.

Transportation to and from the venue and accommodation expenses are to be borne by the customer.
The organizer, venue, and performers will not be responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.

The temperature at Mt. Fuji is about 0 to 5 degrees Celsius in the evening. Please bring warm
attire and we recommend you to bring a rain gear.
