※The blooming peak day might be different from forecasting. The tour will take place on the scheduled dates regardless of the blooming state of local cherry trees.
※Regardless of when the cherry blossoms are at their best, the tour will go ahead as soon as there are enough participants. Please enjoy a visit to Mishima-taisha Shrine before and after the best time to see the flowers.
Depending on the harvest conditions, strawberries could be given as souvenirs instead of being available for the all-you-can-eat activity.
※The lunch menu may change depending on the purchase situation.
※Cruises may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons.
※Fuji may not be visible due to weather conditions.
※The time spent at Mishima-taisha Shrine may be shortened due to road conditions.
Reminders
■After the scheduled departure time, we will depart at the discretion of our staff, so please strictly observe the meeting time.
■The scheduled times and details listed are subject to change depending on road conditions.
■In the unlikely event that you arrive late and need to use a taxi or stay overnight, we will not respond to any claims
■Depending on the number of participants, it may be a medium-sized bus or a small-sized bus.
■The bus is not provided with a toilet on board.
■No smoking inside the car. In principle, reclining is not permitted. (Excluding some courses)
■The arrival place may be different from the meeting place.
■The storage period for lost items is 2 weeks after the end of the trip. However, we will immediately dispose of food items such as living things and items that are difficult to store. Please note that.

■The bus seats will be assigned by our staff.
■In case of emergency, you may be shared with the tour conductor. Please note.
■Facility admission fees included in the tour price are different from the official prices. There is no refund or additional request for the difference from the official price after the tour departs.
■If the number of participants is less than 30, or if the operation is impossible due to a disaster or accident, the enforcement will be changed or canceled by the day 3 days before the start of the trip (13 days before the accommodation).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
