[Reservation: Arrival at the ski resort]
- After making a reservation, we will confirm availability within 1 to 4 working days and then reply whether the order has been confirmed. During the peak ski season, there may be delays in replying. We appreciate your understanding on this
- The bus meeting and departure point at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building large vehicle parking lot in Shinjuku. Please refer to the itinerary for the location
- After check-in, the staff will provide information on the itinerary and the ski lift vouchers. Please confirm that the information is correct before departure and store the items properly. If you have any questions, please contact customer service
— Important Info —
- Depending on the number of reservations, the organizer may use buses from other travel agencies that provide skiing services. If this situation occurs, the return parking location and time will be adjusted. We will notify you via KKday message 1 week before departure to the day before departure, so please keep an eye out for notifications and updates
- The license plate number of the "outbound" bus will be notified via KKday the day before departure, and the license plate number of the "return" bus will be provided during the trip
- When meeting in Shinjuku, the bus will leave on time. Please arrive at the meeting point in advance and do not be late
- For all ski bus tours organized by the organizer (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave them on the bus
- After the bus arrives at Komaruyama Ski Resort, please check your valuables, get off the bus, and go to the ski resort to redeem your ticket. Please complete ski equipment rental procedures as well
- Please note that once rented, ski equipment cannot be replaced and another rental fee will be incurred if so

Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The itinerary or arrival time at the ski resort may be delayed due to traffic conditions or for facility maintenance purposes
This itinerary does not include a tour guide. Please note that the Chinese version of the notes or itinerary will be provided on the day of the itinerary
During this group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave the group early or midway. If you leave the group midway, you will be deemed to have automatically given up the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refunds will be given. Participants will bear the responsibility for accidents they encounter after they leave the group midway
Participants are requested to arrive at the meeting point in advance. The bus will leave on time. If you are late, the tour group will not wait for you and you will not be able to participate when the tour is underway
If the trip needs to be suspended due to sub-optimal snow conditions in the area, the organizer will notify you 2 days before departure
As long as there is more than 1 ski slope in operation at the ski resort, the itinerary will continue. The itinerary may also be suspended if the ski slopes are not in good condition for use
The lift ticket coupon can only be used on the same day
Some ski resorts will charge a deposit ranging from JPY500 to JPY1,000 when you use the lift ticket, which will be refunded after you finish using it
Depending on the conditions of each ski resort, some ski trails may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given
Please note that ski clothing and ski suits are available for repeated rental and cannot be specified or picked out. This means that may not be the latest items
When registering for a trip that departs in the evening, please be sure to pay attention to the departure date and time
Please note that the bus will pass through several ski resorts. Before getting off, please listen to the driver and confirm the name of the ski resort before getting off. If you end up at the wrong ski resort, please contact customer service as soon as possible for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
