A. For customers with the same reservation, we will assign seats so that you can watch the show together. Please note that if you make separate reservations, we cannot guarantee adjacent seating. Q. When will I know my seat number?

Q. How do I enter the building?
A. You will receive your tickets, and they will be authenticated at the reception desk on the day of the event. When entering, please present the ticket screen for the full number of people in your party.

A. You will be given a wristband upon entry, so please present it when re-entering. Only one wristband (for authentication) will be issued for each person in your group upon entry.

Q. How do I get to the "Yacht Harbor Area"?
A. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from Keihan Otsukyo Station or JR Otsukyo Station. Please note that there is no parking available specifically for the fireworks display. Traffic restrictions will be in place on the roads around the venue, and heavy congestion is expected on the day of the event, so we ask that you please use public transportation when coming to the venue.
Q. Is it possible to bring chairs, tables, picnic blankets, cameras, etc.?
A. To ensure that you can enjoy the performance within the limits of your assigned seating plan, we ask that you refrain from bringing in chairs, tables, leisure sheets, tents, etc. If you bring in any of these items, they may be confiscated at the reception desk, so please be aware of this in advance. You are welcome to bring cameras, but please refrain from using or bringing in equipment that may obstruct the view of other customers, such as tripods or large equipment. If we find any such equipment inside the venue, we will speak to you and, depending on the situation, may ask you to leave it with us.
