- For same-day reservations of less than one hour, we may not be able to accommodate you depending on seating availability, so please make your reservation by phone. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically canceled. During peak seasons or busy times, there may be a 90-minute time limit, so please be aware of this.
- Restaurant service charge (added separately to the bill for dine-in): *A cover charge of 440 yen (tax included) will be applied. - Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
