The renter must be at least 18 years old, have held a driver's license for more than one year, and pay the rental fee and related charges with a valid credit card (excluding debit cards).
Required documents for Taiwanese citizens: Republic of China ID card, original Republic of China driver's license, and valid credit card.
Foreign nationals: Residence permit/passport, original international driving permit/original domestic driving license, and valid credit card. (To be processed in accordance with Article 55 of the Road Traffic Safety Regulations)
※The reciprocal use of foreign (international) driver's licenses shall be handled in accordance with the announcement of the Directorate General of Highways, Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
