本行程为拼车固定行程，还请参加本行程的顾客，务必遵守各景点停留时间并听从司导安排。

行程中途，若自行脱团者，将视同交易无效，将不会退还任何费用。且若因此导致人身、财产安全，后果须自行承担。

因个人问题、迟到等原因未参与、中止行程，将不退还任何费用，还请留意。

根据当日交通路况、天气、节日、人潮影响，各行程抵达时间有可能发生变化，如遇前述或其他不可抗力之因素行程发生延遲或取消，还请见谅，并不可以此为由要求退还费用。

本行程的交通和旅游点等内容会尽量忠于原规划，若遇特殊状况：例如交通阻塞、天候不佳、观光人潮或其他不可抗拒因素之影响，为考量旅客自身之旅游安全及行程顺畅度，本公司保有行程变更之权利。

阿苏中岳火山口周边目前管制禁止进入，行程于阿苏火山博物馆及观景区域远眺火山地貌；开放状况以当日官方公告为准。
