Driving accommodation fee
A two-day private charter car requires an additional driver's accommodation fee of NT$1000.
A three-day private charter car will incur an additional driver and accommodation fee of NT$2000.
Other additional purchase fees (payable to the driver on-site; must be noted in the order notes).

Reminders
The driver's information and license plate number will be provided via KKday message before 20:00 (GMT+8) the day before your departure. Please be sure to check the message.
The driver will wait for you free of charge at the designated time and location for 30 minutes. If you do not board the vehicle within the specified time, it will be considered as a voluntary abandonment of the vehicle and no refund will be given.
If the number of passengers ordered does not match the actual number of passengers on site, resulting in overloading, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be given.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from carrying more luggage than permitted, which may affect the quality of the journey; each passenger is limited to one large suitcase.
If you wish to change your pre-booked airport pick-up/drop-off time, please contact customer service. We do not accept private changes to the time with the driver.
If you wish to drop off at multiple points, please pay the additional surcharge in cash to the driver on-site. An additional NT$200 will be charged for multiple drops off within the same county/city/district, and an additional NT$300 will be charged for multiple drops off across different districts within the same county/city. Prices for remote or mountainous areas will be quoted separately. Please take note.
Taiwanese law requires children under the age of four to ride in child seats. If an infant refuses to ride, the driver has the right to refuse to take the passenger and will not refund the fare.
Each passenger has been insured with passenger insurance, with a death compensation of NT$2 million and an injury compensation of NT$200,000.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
