The weather was great that day, perfect for watching the sunset. There were five tourists in the bus: my family and I, a friend from Hong Kong, and two friends from Gwangju, South Korea. Our tour guide, Nicky, was funny, friendly, and polite.

I pre-registrated Taiwan sim card (KYC fast pick-up) and it all went very well and relatively fast. The only thing was that I had to ask two persons in the arrival hall until I found the right stall, so maybe I would recommend to have a bigger sign on the stall to help people to find it a bit easier but overall I was quite satisfied and happy with their services.

I've used the 3-day pass several times, and this time it included three days of rides on the Taiwan High-Speed ​​Rail and two days of rides on the subway, plus a 300 NTD Uber coupon as the other option. It's an incredible deal. I had a little trouble activating it, but it's really a great deal. However, previously, with the High-Speed ​​Rail 3-day pass, I could reserve a seat at the ticket counter, but this time they only let me reserve a seat when I picked up the pass, and I was told that I had to reserve seats in advance afterward and that I could only ride in unreserved seats. I used unreserved seats from the second day onward. The High-Speed ​​Rail website that provides the pass does indeed say that unreserved seats are available, but kkd a y's instructions said that you could reserve seats at the ticket counter. I was glad I was able to get a seat in the unreserved section this time.

I took the shuttle bus from Gancheng Station in Taichung. The cable car ride was long and offered great views! Since I went during a cooler season, cycling was also very pleasant! I think the package deal is a great value!

This was my first time using an eSIM, but the setup was easy, and I was able to use it very smoothly within Taiwan. I was worried because there were some reviews saying it didn't connect, but I didn't experience anything like that at all. I traveled from Taipei to Kaohsiung, and I was always on a 5G connection. For this price and speed, it's more than sufficient. I will use it again.
