Alishan

Alishan is beautiful, but it's very cold to watch the sunrise in November; you'll need to wear a down jacket. Remember to bring a neck pillow when taking the bus. The cakes upstairs at the transfer station are delicious. Some drivers smoke in front of the 7-Eleven and at the sunrise waiting area, but they weren't with our group 😠

A compact and well organized itinerary covering attractions that may otherwise prove challenging to reach logistically. The two assigned drivers (Mr Wang and Mr Luo) are both excellent, their vehicles in excellent condition. I’d heartily recommend this trip with this company to anyone looking to explore Alishan, Sun Moon Lake, and the Qingjing Farm.

If the timing is good, the transportation is convenient, everything is fine, and the experience is great.

This shared tour was great value. Besides the 9-seater Benz, the driver also acted as a tour guide, accompanying us throughout the entire trip, providing commentary, and even finding great angles to take photos for us – the photos turned out beautifully. Luckily, the weather was nice that day. We ate at a famous tin box bento box restaurant along the way and finally rode a miniature train. Because some sections of the road have many curves, it's recommended that those prone to motion sickness take motion sickness medication beforehand.

Although we didn't see the sunrise this time, seeing the sea of ​​clouds was already quite good. The weather was intermittently sunny and cloudy, but being surrounded by the sacred trees of Alishan was refreshing and comfortable, a truly cleansing experience. Our guide (Christy?) was very experienced and knowledgeable, definitely worth recommending.
