Infants aged 0-3 years old can travel for free if held in arms and not occupying a seat; otherwise, a child's ticket will be charged. Passengers under 12 years old cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

Multilingual automated audio guide: Based on GPS positioning, the guide will automatically play audio narration (Chinese/English/Japanese/Korean) as the bus passes designated locations. Please note that this is not a real-time translation system. The multilingual automated audio guide will only play narration when passing through areas equipped with GPS positioning. You can also use the self-service audio guide system online by scanning a QR code with your mobile phone. Please prepare a mobile phone with internet access and your own headset on the day of your visit, and ensure your phone's GPS function is enabled.

Passengers traveling by air on the day of their trip are advised to allow two hours of free time before their flight. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by traffic conditions preventing passengers from boarding their flights on the day of their trip.

This is a group tour, and seats will be arranged in advance by our company. If the number of participants is odd, you will need to sit next to other passengers. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The itinerary timetable is for reference only. Please note that the time spent at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic conditions. If there are special events or vehicle restrictions on Senaga Island, the Senaga Island tour may be cancelled on the day of the tour, and the time spent at American Village and Okinawa World Culture Kingdom will be extended (30 minutes each). We apologize for any inconvenience and cannot offer compensation or refunds in such cases.

Smoking and eating are prohibited inside the vehicle. Lunch is not included in the itinerary; please arrange your own meals during your free time in American Village.

If some attractions cannot be visited due to weather or other force majeure events, no refund will be given for the difference in price. The Okinawa World Culture Kingdom drum performance is from 14:30 to 15:00. Please understand that the performance may be cancelled due to traffic conditions on the day of the performance.

There will be no sign at the meeting point. Please confirm the bus details provided by customer service before boarding.

This tour does not include a tour guide and does not offer Chinese-speaking staff. Japanese-speaking staff will be on board the bus to assist you.

Cancellation time is based on Japan time (JST). For cancellation applications submitted after 16:30 Japan time, the next business day will be used as the cancellation processing date.
