The hotel arranges double rooms on a two-person sharing basis, with a maximum of two adults and two children (without extra beds) per double room. Guests in odd-numbered groups who require a Single room will need to pay a Single room room supplement. The third or an odd-numbered group member will need to pay a Single room Single room surcharge; single travelers must also pay a Single room surcharge. The company will not arrange for all odd-numbered guests to share rooms with other group members, and these guests may not object or withdraw on this basis.
The sightseeing time for the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is arranged by the local scenic area management bureau. Our company will adjust the sightseeing order and duration within the scenic area according to the schedule arranged by the local scenic area management bureau. Please cooperate with the tour guide's arrangements on the day.
If traffic conditions are chaotic on the Alps route, the departure time from the hotel the following morning will be earlier than scheduled. Breakfast boxes will be provided for guests to enjoy while traveling and admiring the scenic views.
In case of severe weather, the Tateyama Yuryo Road will be closed to traffic, and the itinerary will be changed to (Chubu Santake National Park, take the Shin-Hotaka double-decker cable car and enjoy the beautiful scenery of mountains and snow-covered landscapes along the way).
Please understand that the Snow Valley walk may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their tips, as well as all round-trip transportation costs during the trip.

The pricing guidelines are as follows: children aged 2-5 are charged as toddlers, but do not occupy a bed in the hotel; children aged 6 and above are charged as adults; children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departure group is allowed only one free spot and two toddler spots.)

For groups of 10 or more, a fluent Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking guide will accompany the group (the guide will alternate between Cantonese and Mandarin; if the language of the tour cannot be specified, it will be determined on the day of the tour). (For groups of less than 10 people, only the driver/tour leader will accompany the group – the driver/tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management). ※The accompanying driver/tour leader speaks Mandarin; in case of emergency, you can seek assistance from the driver/tour leader.
The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the situation on the day. The decision rests with the organizer, and guests may not claim compensation for this reason. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the restaurant is temporarily closed/fully booked or other factors prevent you from dining on the day of departure, you will be able to dine at another restaurant or receive a cash voucher instead.
Policy Change: For tours of 2 days or more: 100% of the payment will be deducted if the booking is made within 7 days (inclusive) of departure; 50% handling fee will be charged if the booking is made within 15 days (inclusive) of departure; and 20% handling fee will be charged if the booking is made within 30 days (inclusive) of departure.

Because Kamikochi will only be open to guests on April 17, 2026, the tour departing on April 14, 2026 will not be able to visit Kamikochi. Instead, the tour will visit Matsumoto Castle and Ishii Miso Restaurant. Guests may not file a complaint on this basis.
