・The Philippines Visa Office reserves the right to refuse a visa. Regardless of whether the visa is issued or not, the visa fee paid is non-refundable.
・Only visas for travel dates within three months can be processed. Please consider your departure date before specifying the pickup date.
－ FAQ －
Q: How can I claim compensation if my passport or other documents are damaged or lost during logistics?
A: In the event of damage or loss of valuable documents, compensation can be claimed based on the actual situation, up to a maximum of NT$ 3,000 (derivative compensation is not applicable). The above is handled in accordance with the Highway Act regulations.
Q: What should I do if the documents do not meet the specifications or are incomplete?
A: Please prepare the relevant documents. If the specifications are not met or documents are missing, you will be responsible for the courier shipping costs and must provide the missing documents within 3 working days of receiving the notification (the collection date will be postponed).
