If you use the vehicle overtime, an overtime fee of 10,000 yen per hour will be charged (exceeding 15 minutes will be considered 1 hour).
Empty car fee
The default pick-up and drop-off locations for private charter car trips are in Fukuoka City. If you pick up or drop off at other locations, you will need to deduct 1 to 3 hours of idle time depending on the location, and pay an additional idle car fee of 5,000 to 10,000 yen. Please refer to the amount on the quotation for the final price.
Multi-day private charter car
If you need to private charter car for multiple days and the driver needs to stay overnight in another location, the price includes the driver's overnight fee, which will vary depending on the season and region, and is estimated to be between 8,000 and 15,000 yen per day. Please refer to the price list for the exact amount.
Vehicle cleaning costs
If a passenger causes serious damage to the vehicle during the ride (such as vomiting, odor, or other situations that are difficult to clean), a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
