Thanks to the customer service team and Mr. Liu for their hard work. The customer service team responded quickly and confirmed the itinerary several times before departure. The all-inclusive price was very clear. Even though the weather was bad on the day and we had to change the itinerary, Mr. Liu was very cooperative. He not only introduced the attractions along the way, but also drove very smoothly and comfortably. The overall service made us feel at ease. It will be our first choice for car rental in Kyushu next time!

The itinerary included meals, and there was no need to retrace the route, as it didn't require much leg strength from the elderly. They simply needed to follow the guide's instructions. The time and shopping were well-managed. The only downside was the risk of slipping during heavy rain; otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. The guide was fluent in Japanese and Mandarin, took good care of all the tourists, was very friendly, provided excellent explanations, and thoughtfully included time on signs and music during breaks. He also recommended restaurants in Fukuoka. He mentioned he really longed to experience life in Fukuoka. The itinerary was very well designed, avoiding backtracking. Although the heavy rain made some roads slippery and posed a slight risk of slipping, the overall itinerary and meal arrangements were still handled meticulously and thoughtfully, almost flawlessly. The tour guide's professional performance was a highlight of the trip. He was fluent in both Japanese and Mandarin, attentively caring for travelers from diverse backgrounds, and maintained a cheerful demeanor throughout, providing lively and engaging explanations. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism in details, such as proactively writing down meeting times on signs, playing music to remind group members after breaks, and generously sharing local Fukuoka culinary gems and recommended attractions. He even shared his love and longing for life in Fukuoka, his enthusiasm for his work truly touching. In conclusion, such a talented individual, possessing both strong language skills and meticulous service, is invaluable. The attractions were all fantastic. Although Mount Aso was closed, it was still well worth going up to Kusanagi Senri to admire the mountain – it was beautiful. I recommend taking a golf cart up the mountain at your own expense while in Kusanagi Senri; the scenery is different once the fog clears. Also, our guide, Shanshan, provided interesting and detailed explanations, which added a wonderful touch to the trip. My family was very satisfied with the trip. Thank you!

The canyon is beautiful, but sliding through it takes a little practice 😂 The Wagyu beef meal was also quite delicious.

This Kyushu day trip was very well planned, and the local guide and driver were very professional. Attraction 1: Kusasenri - Standing on the vast grasslands of Kusasenri, overlooking the Aso Nakadake crater, the view is incredibly expansive. The green grass, volcanic smoke, and blue sky create a scene that's perfect for any photo. Horseback riding is also available, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Attraction 2: Takachiho Gorge - One of Kyushu's most spectacular sights! The steep columnar jointed rock walls on both sides of the gorge are magnificent, and combined with the famous Manai Falls, it feels like stepping into a mythical fairyland. Takachiho Boating Experience (Recommended Add-on): If a boating option is included, it's highly recommended to book! The breathtaking view of Manai Falls from the water is incomparable to simply admiring it from the riverside path. The only downside is the long drive: the attractions are far apart, and a significant portion of the day is spent driving, but you can rest and catch up on sleep on the bus, saving you the time and effort of comparing schedules. Unfortunately, due to the changeable weather at Mount Aso, some areas may be closed if there is volcanic activity or dense fog. Overall, this is a classic natural landscape tour with high cost-performance and a smooth route. Whether it's your first time visiting Kyushu or you're a traveler looking to easily collect both major landmarks, it's highly recommended!

Although boating was impossible due to high water levels caused by upstream rain, we had more time to appreciate the landscape of Takachiho Gorge (boat tickets were refunded). Our guide, Mr. Miya, was very kind and attentive, serving everyone sincerely. In addition to providing detailed explanations of the scenic area's culture and geography, he also introduced some good places to eat and shop in Kumamoto. Although thick fog obscured Kusasenri, making it impossible to see anything, Mr. Miya's enthusiastic explanations made up for it. The tour bus was clean and odorless, and the driver's driving skills were very smooth, allowing us to catch up on sleep on the bus.

It's more convenient to hire a car when traveling with a 1-year-old child. You can discuss the itinerary with the driver directly. This time, we went to Takachiho, visited Takachiho Gorge, took the little train, and visited Takachiho Shrine. The itinerary was very flexible, and we could decide how long to stay at each attraction. The driver, Xiao Tan, provided service, and the mountain roads were very smooth and comfortable.
